Question by FiX-: how long does it take to learn reason 4?
want to try electronic music production software. Reason looks very complex. I have only used hardware synthesizers & samplers before. Anyone know how long it takes to get hang of the software? maybe there are some good websites that guide you through it?

it really depends on you… as with any program you get out what you put in it..When Im learning a new program I watch videos on you tube.

Here I am working on a rough draft / skeleton of a new track of mine. This is my first video on YouTube! First day using Reason 5 and what a marvelous experience. Kong drum designer = pure epic win. Using a patch I whipped up in Kong for the drum parts, malstrom + arpeggiator and subtractor + matrix with custom patches for the synth pieces.
